Your Australian Consumer Law rights
Products must meet applicable consumer guarantees, including acceptable quality, matching their description and fitness for a purpose made known before purchase. These rights cannot be excluded by store terms and can continue beyond a manufacturer’s stated warranty period, depending on the product and circumstances.
Major and minor failures
For a major product failure, you may choose a refund or replacement and may have a right to compensation for reasonably foreseeable loss. For a minor failure, we can provide a free repair or other appropriate remedy; further rights apply if the issue is not fixed within a reasonable time.
Manufacturer warranties
Any manufacturer warranty offered for a particular product is additional to consumer guarantees. The applicable terms depend on the exact product and its documentation. We do not state a universal manufacturer-warranty duration or assume that every imported product has the same regional coverage. You can contact AllienCP for a remedy and are not required to deal only with a manufacturer.

Phone +61 468 247 107 with your order number or other proof of purchase, the product model and a description of the issue. Photos can help explain visible damage. Keep the item safe while arrangements are made. Original packaging is not required for a consumer-guarantee claim.
Do not continue using an unsafe product or attempt unauthorised repairs. For a swollen or damaged battery, stop use and contact us for safe collection or return instructions.
Returns and costs
